Jack Whitehall Collections Raise A Bumper £3,285

On behalf of everyone at the Tom Maynard Trust, a huge thank you to everyone who came along to the two Jack Whitehall concerts at the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th February and made a donation on the way out.

As a result of your generosity the two collections raised a fabulous £3,285, which was way beyond anything we expected. We’re very grateful to you all.

Thanks, too, to the Motorpoint Arena for allowing us to do the collections.

We also appreciate the help of Nick Evans, Matthew Gough, Richard Green, Barry Topping-Morris, Amy Topping Morris, Kate Evans, Becky Proctor and others, along with Paddy Ellis and our own Ceri Maynard for taking the time to help us with the buckets.

And, of course, a massive ‘thank you’ to Jack Whitehall for making the offer in the first place, for mentioning Tom in such warm terms at the end of each show, and for thinking of us and allowing us to collect. He’s a diamond.  If you haven’t had the chance to go and see him on the tour, do so.  He’s magnificent.

The picture is of Ceri Maynard with someone she bumped into after Wednesday’s show…
